Tim Henderson attended Illinois State University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in June 2004. He received a Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in May 2007 and a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson in July 2007. While at Stetson he participated in an International Law Studies program sponsored by Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

He served as a volunteer for Gulf Coast Legal in Clearwater, Florida performing research and drafting memos on a variety of family law issues. He has worked as an intern for the St. Petersburg City Attorney and as a Law Clerk in the Law Offices of Timothy Eble, South Carolina.

His current position in the Law Offices of Francis J. Discipio, Oak Brook Illinois has provided experience with: personal injury, workmen's compensation, collections cases, drafting of legal documents dealing with pre-nuptial agreements, security agreements, wills, general contracts and other legal documents involved with litigation.
